PRINTING GUIDE

Print at actual size, then make one test packet

The packet net is designed to finish at about 60 × 80 mm. Your print settings matter more than the zoom level shown by the browser.

1. Open the print dialog

In the batch maker, choose A4 or US Letter first, then select Print packets. Use the browser’s normal print dialog to print or save a PDF.

2. Keep the size unchanged

Select 100%, Actual size, or a similarly named setting. Turn off “Fit to page”, “Scale to fit”, or automatic shrinking. Use the same paper size in the dialog that you selected in the maker.

3. Measure the check line

Every sheet has a line marked 50 mm. Measure it before cutting. If it is not exactly 50 mm, cancel the batch and adjust the print scale.

4. Cut, fold, glue

Cut the solid outside line. Dashed lines are folds. Fold the narrow striped flap inward and glue it to the inside edge of the other panel. After filling, fold the top flap down and seal it with glue or tape.

Physical fit is UNVERIFIABLE until you have folded a test print. Paper thickness, printer margins and glue affect the result.
